These Terms apply to the trndr iOS application only. Share Place LLC also operates a separate web platform at https://trndr.app that provides content analytics and related services; your use of that web platform is governed by a separate agreement available at trndr.app/terms. The two agreements are independent. Where the iOS App interoperates with your web Account (for example, when an iOS subscription grants basic web access — see Section 5), the interaction is described in these Terms.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Share Place LLC (“Share Place”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the trndr iOS application (the “App”).
By tapping “I agree”, creating an Account, purchasing a Subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that:

The trndr iOS App is a creator tool for producing short-form social-media content. Using the App, you can:
The iOS App does not include the analytics features of the separate web platform (such as Instagram/TikTok/Telegram trend discovery, keyword tracking, or performance metrics). For those features, see the web Terms.
trndr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, ByteDance, Google, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platform.
Some features require an Account (email + password, or one-time email code). You may also use a limited “guest mode” without an Account, in which case your content is stored locally and may be lost on reinstall.
You may delete your Account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting support@trndr.app. Deletion is permanent.
These Terms are concluded between you and Share Place LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Share Place LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Subject to these Terms, Share Place LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
You will not:
Subscriptions purchased through the App are sold, billed, and managed by Apple Inc. under your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. Currently available plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The Subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com; Share Place LLC cannot process refunds for Apple purchases.
An active Subscription purchased through the iOS App also grants you access to a basic tier of the trndr web platform at https://trndr.app when you sign in with the same Account, currently comprising the public Trends feed and the Workshop (carousel and content-creation features equivalent to those in the iOS App).
The iOS Subscription does not include the web platform’s paid analytics features (such as keyword tracking, AI content analysis on public third-party content, or performance metrics). Access to those features requires a separate web Subscription described in the web Terms.
If your Apple Subscription is canceled, refunded, or otherwise ends, your corresponding basic web access ends automatically at the end of the current paid period.
If you hold an active paid Subscription to the trndr web platform, signing into the iOS App with the same Account unlocks the same premium App features an iOS Subscription would unlock. You are not required to purchase a separate iOS Subscription.
You do not need to hold both an iOS and a web Subscription at the same time. If you do, each is billed and canceled separately by its respective payment provider, and holding both does not grant additional features beyond what the higher tier already includes.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with advance notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; Apple collects sales tax on App purchases.
The App requests the following iOS permissions only when needed for the feature you invoke:
You can revoke these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app. Some features will not function without the relevant permission.
“User Content” means any text, image, audio, video, style sample, prompt, brand asset, or other material you submit or create through the App. You represent that you own the User Content or have all rights necessary to provide it, and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Share Place LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, process, and modify your User Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the App for you, including by sending relevant User Content to AI model providers to generate outputs in response to your requests. We will not use your User Content to train models unless you have separately and affirmatively opted in.
You are responsible for your own backups. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.
The App uses generative AI models to produce suggested text, slide structures, hooks, captions, and related output (“AI Output”).
You will not use the App to:
Share Place LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
Share Place LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all AI Output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
Share Place LLC, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory conformance, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights, Share Place LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App. If you export or publish content to platforms such as Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or LinkedIn, you are solely responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms, including any restrictions on AI-generated or automated content.
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy available in the App and at trndr.app/app/privacy. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information will be handled according to that Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable law; if your use creates risk or legal exposure; if required by law; or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time, cancel a Subscription in your Apple ID settings, and delete your Account from within the App. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Share Place LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid (or Apple collected from you for Subscriptions to the App) in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) US$100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Share Place LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the App; your User Content, including any AI Output you publish; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days; if unresolved, they will be submitted to binding individual arbitration seated in Florida (e.g., JAMS). The parties waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is not enforceable for a particular claim, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Florida. Consumers located in jurisdictions that grant non-waivable statutory rights retain those rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-App notice. Unless stated otherwise, changes become effective no earlier than 10 days after notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You and Share Place LLC acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Share Place LLC regarding the App. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign them.
